It’s that time of the year and I’m going to be doing a pumpkin series for the fall. If you love the pumpkin spice trend as much as I do, be sure to come back and check out my site for future recipes like this one! I love pumpkin spice and what better than a homemade dairy free creamer where you have whole food ingredients and no preservatives/additives what so ever. Yes please!
Total Time: 5 minutes
Yields: 16 oz
8oz coffee of your choice
1 cup raw cashews
1/4 cup pumpkin purée
2 pitted dates
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
2 cups water dash or two of cinnamon (optional to top off)
You’ll need a blender and a nut bag for this recipe. I do have a coupon code for you guys to get 10% off your nut bag! Just go to http://www.elliesbest.com and type HANNA10 in the coupon code section. I find it much easier/cleaner than using a cheese cloth and it is also reusable!
You can also add an extra date or two for sweetness if you’d like. Simply just blend the cashews, pumpkin purée, dates, pumpkin spice and nutmeg together in a blender for 1-2 minutes. You can add the cinnamon to the recipe if you’d like as well or just top it off as I like to do. Filter everything through a nut bag and you’re done!
