Chia Pudding and Chocolate Nice cream

Hey everyone welcome back to my site and if it’s your first time here then welcome! I absolutely love this chia pudding/nice cream combination and I am super excited to be sharing it with you all. It is the perfect nutritious dessert… you can hardly believe that it is actually good for you. It has no processed sugar, added colors or preservatives. It is perfect for the summertime and in place of pudding/ice-cream that is full of dairy, sugar and additives.  Just make sure to eat it before you take it outside in 85° F and it melts everywhere like my picture above haha. It is extremely simple and easy to make so, if you’re ready lets get right into it:

Chia pudding:

  • 2 cups plant milk or water
  • 1 cup chia seeds

Soak in the refrigerator overnight. YUP thats all!

Chocolate nice cream:

  • 2-3 frozen ripened bananas
  • 1-2 tbsp raw organic cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp chocolate or vanilla protein (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp maca root powder (optional for added nutrition)
  • 1 tbsp agave nectar (optional for sweetness)

Blend together in a high speed blender or food processor.

All you do is serve in a cup or ice-cream tray, top it off with fruits/toppings of your choice and enjoy! Super simple and delicious !
